Thank you for your patience when we call you to discuss your appointment and ask you questions about your recent travels, confirmation of not attending an exposure site listed and your current health status regarding any flu like symptoms.

If you have recently travelled from overseas or interstate, experiencing cold or flu like symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath or a sore throat, have been in contact with someone diagnosed with or testing for the Covid-19 virus, we appreciate your understanding when your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

We may call you to inform you of the need to remain in your car until we are ready to commence your dental treatment and we thank you for your understanding in waiting outside our clinic with extra family members. We want to limit the amount of people present in our reception area for your safety. Our appointments are staggered to ensure minimal contact.

We truly appreciate your understanding if your appointment time is altered. We know your time is valuable and this is necessary when longer appointments are needed for effective sterilising between appointments and minimal people contact.

We offer you a hand sanitiser to use before and after your dental appointment and a suitable soap to wash your hands before treatment commences. We will offer a complimentary disinfectant mouthwash before your treatment. We also use the same brand of mouthwash. We will take your temperature when entering the premises. We also have our temperature checked daily. We respectfully request you wear a face mask when entering our premises and check in using our QR code.

Our reception area will not house magazines, toys and dental products for purchase in order to minimise items handled by multiple people.

Kids, we will ensure your name is entered in the Patient of the Month draw and we look forward to receiving your lovely hand written names in the future. With your parents or guardian’s consent, your photos of your beautiful smile at the dentist will be emailed to you for safe keeping.

We continuously disinfect doors, reception benches and other commonly touched areas throughout the day.

Naturally, our infection control procedures are up to date in the treatment rooms and in the sterilization of dental instruments.
